WADE F. JOHNSON, JR. is a Florida Bar Certified Tax Specialist, with a comprehensive general commercial law practice in the areas of tax and business planning for real estate, corporate, partnership and other business transactions; purchases and sales of businesses; contract negotiation, preparation, and review for all commercial transactions and all businesses; real estate contract negotiation, preparation, and review and closings; planning for nonprofit organizations; domestic taxation; financial and estate planning; and probate matters.

Mr. Johnson utilizes his educational background, including a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and his professional background, including his experience as a CPA, to provide his clients with assistance in legal and business matters. This educational and professional background enables Mr. Johnson to counsel clients regarding the overall impact of particular decisions on their businesses and their personal lives, rather than focusing simply upon the legal issues and the resolution of those issues. The Florida Bar has recognized Mr. Johnson as an expert in the area of taxation by certifying him as a Tax Specialist. This certification is only granted to those lawyers who have sufficient experience in the area of taxation, have taken sufficient continuing legal education courses, have obtained and forwarded to the Florida Bar a recommendation by at least five of their peers, and have passed a six-hour examination administered by the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Johnson believes in giving back to the community. He has been recognized for his volunteer efforts in the representation of abused and neglected children through the Legal Aid Society's Guardian Ad Litem program by being awarded the Legal Aid Society Award of Excellence in 1996 and by being named Guardian Ad Litem of the Year for 1997. Mr. Johnson is also a frequent donor at the Central Florida Blood Bank, having donated over 15 gallons of blood.
